Led the team that delivered a streamlined digital application experience for WEX's three lines of business. A multi-year, multi-million dollar project that drove a 35% increase in app submissions and added $1MM of year one incremental revenue.

Introduced a product + channel manager operating model to drive the WEX corporate website overhaul, inspiring new commercialization and boosting contact form engagement by 20%.

Oversaw the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud's customer data platform (CDP), which introduced a unified customer profile and an event-based multi-channel marketing model.

Led the company's first agile development team in 2014 to deliver a product website with authentication for a new line of business for Scottrade, Inc. in an unprecedented 90 days.

Expert in cross-functional product development and delivery leveraging internal and contracted resources and in-house or third party platforms. 

Established a working group to partner with a dozen key issuer customers for Mastercard to collaborate from design to deployment on a new transaction management product.
